Test benches

Especially with regard to the production of torsion bars, we can make full use of our Torsion Bar Rig that we developed here at Kaiser and that allows a controlled rotating plastification.

This complex process runs on a PC-controlled-servo-hydraulic apparatus.

With “Presetting” up to 30 percent improvement of the performance of torsion bars can be achieved and as a matter of course all procedures are documented in detail.

Furthermore, we can perform tensile-, compression- and bending-tests on a computer controlled linear test bench.
